These Terms of Service govern your use of the True Nature Asia website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

True Nature Asia is a German-owned pet food company based in Da Nang, Vietnam. Contact: hello@truenature.asia.

Our products

We sell insect-based (Black Soldier Fly) dog food and related pet products. Product descriptions, images and nutritional information are provided in good faith to help you choose. Our products are food for dogs and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice; if your dog has a health condition, please consult your vet before changing their diet.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Vietnamese đồng (₫). The price you see is the final amount payable and is inclusive of any applicable VAT; our pet food products are currently zero-rated for VAT in Vietnam. We may update prices and product availability at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs); if we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include bank transfer via QR code (VietQR/SePay) and cash on delivery. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for cash on delivery, once the order is accepted.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver within Vietnam. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and may vary by location. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are consumable pet food, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at hello@truenature.asia within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it or interfere with its operation. All content on this site (text, images, logos and branding) belongs to True Nature Asia and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
